Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made directly through the Shapenesque website. Prescription services and products offered through independent partner platforms are subject to the shipping policies of those platforms and are not covered by this policy.


Shipping Locations

Shapenesque ships non-prescription wellness products and merchandise to eligible locations within the United States, including to PO Boxes.

At this time:

  • We do not ship internationally
  • We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

In most cases:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Standard delivery typically take 3-4 business days after shipment

Delivery times may vary based on:

  • Carrier
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak shipping periods

Shipping Delays

Once an order has shipped, Shapenesque is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Weather
  • Incorrect address information
  • Other factors outside our control

Prescription Products

Prescription evaluations, medications, and related services are provided through independent third-party platforms. Shapenesque does not ship prescription products.
