Refund policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made directly through the Shapenesque website. Prescription services and products offered through independent partner platforms are subject to the policies of those platforms and are not covered by this policy.

Non-Prescription Wellness Products

Due to the nature of non-prescription wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once these items have shipped.

Exceptions

A refund or replacement may be issued only in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The product is subject to a manufacturer recall

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging

If a product is recalled, Shapenesque will provide instructions for refunds or replacements as applicable.

Merchandise (Apparel & Accessories)

Shapenesque merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items are returned in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging are included, if applicable

Non-Returnable Merchandise

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used or damaged merchandise not caused by shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact us and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) in question

Shapenesque reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Prescription Products

Shapenesque does not sell, ship, or fulfill prescription products. We do not handle returns, refunds, or exchanges related to prescription services.
